This is not a comprehensive list. Sony, since XZ2, supports HDR Video recording and since Xperia V, supports binaural audio recording. As for the other phones, I am not sure so better use separate binaural microphones. This could be the best for HLG HDR used by Sony.  HLG is good because it can be viewed in normal SDR monitor.  https://youtu.be/7d8JW4O6RBM H265 probably doesn't work.
