YouTube HDR Using DaVinci Resolve

This could be the best for HLG HDR used by Sony. 
HLG is good because it can be viewed in normal SDR monitor.

H265 probably doesn't work. Colurspace missing from video file. 
I tried dnx decoder.

Using QuickTime and Dnx decoder, not h265

A 5 s clip in QuickTime, DNxHR HQX produces half of the file size of DNxHQ without the HQX, but half also its bit rate and took at least 3 hours for the HDR YouTube to be processed. 

Coding with H264 allows the Rec2020 colurspace but not in YouTube HDR.

h265 and DaVinci - Less Space and Faster Encoding!

Because I thought that h264 is the usual format for video, I chose the output of Davinci Resolve 18 as h264 4K also. It took more than 4 hours to produce a 1 and half hour video. I destroyed a removeable hard disk, my main camera backup because I tried to reduce the amount of disk space to allow render cache. I also permanent lost video files from a camera. Luckily I still have some old camera files at my hard disk. The improvement due to the render cache is negligible. I even tried no compression coding for the render cache, hoping that it will speed up the process. Despite removing half the clips from its render cache in order to fit into to PCIE 480 GB SSD, Davinci failed to complete the rendering process. I ended up removing all the cache files, but this time I tried the h265 output. The rendering without any render cache generated before output rendering is at more than 50 fps, double the realtime fps of 24. From 4 hours, the rendering is reduce to just 45 minutes.
